Each appointment begins with a warm smile and a brief personal consultation. During this time, I will explain the process and answer any questions you may have. I will also ask you a few questions that will help me create a session unique to your personal wellness journey.
During your session, and always with your permission, I will utilize crystals to assist and enhance the Reiki energy. Except for the placement and removal of crystals, I use a hands-off approach in my sessions. Preferring to work in the energy field that surrounds the body.
When your session is complete, and you are ready to leave the therapy room, you will have the opportunity to discuss your experience or ask any questions you may have. Some may also prefer self-reflection. Reiki is a very personal experience.

45-minute appointment
In this 30-minute reiki session, I will work through the body’s energy centers, also known as the chakra system.
